1. How and when can I begin services?

Contact the office to schedule a free in home assessment and we can determine the services that will need to be rendered, times of service, and caregiver qualities which will be well suited for your loved one.

2. Where and when are your services provided?

Our services are provided in homes, assisted/independent living facilities, hospitals, and nursing homes from 4 hours per day to 24 hours per day, 1 day a week to 7 days per week.

3. How are your caregivers screened for employment?

Each caregiver is required to complete the following before employment with First Choice Community Services.

a. Criminal Background Check
b. Social Security Number Verification
c. Abuse Registry Check
d. Sexual Abuse Registry Check
e. Each Caregiver is bonded and insured.

4. Are caregivers’ employees or independent contractors?

Each caregiver is an employee of First Choice, therefore, all wages, taxes, and insurance coverage is the responsibility of First Choice.

5. What areas do you provide services?

We provide services in every county in the West Tennessee area including Tipton, Lauderdale, Shelby, Fayette, McNairy, Chester, Hardeman, Hardin, Crockett, Madison, Washington and Haywood and are soon expanding to East Tennessee.
